The Four Seasons Sao Paulo is to be the first Four Seasons in Brazil, raising the bar for both the construction and the guest experience in the country. The hotel spearheads the new Parque da Cidade development in west Sao Paulo, a commercial and residential area near the river.
To help ensure the success of the project, Iron House invited world-renown architects, engineers and designers, both international and local. The team, led by HKS architects on the international front, and mirrored by Aflalo & Gasperini on the Brazilian side, was composed of over 30 different companies in 12 locations worldwide.
Trimble Consulting supported this project as a part of our enterprise services for Iron House for over 4 years, supporting them from the initial BIM implementation strategies all the way to construction and operations.

TC provided support by controlling and reporting on project metrics and giving Iron House updated information on the program, built areas and cost estimation, allowing them to make the best decisions.
Trimble Consulting engaged with Iron House initially with the premise of developing a BIM implementation strategy for the entire company. This involved supporting the creation and training of the team that would handle the company’s portfolio.
Throughout the various design stages, TCS provided multiple studies on design and construction optimization, which helped bring the total cost of the project down by more than 23%. During pre-construction, TCS supported the GC on the Coordination effort, managing the model database and reporting on issues and clashes. We also provided the tools to test work package sequences and generate 4D simulations.
